The meeting will discuss the three main sub- themes , developing migration governance which emphasizes aspects of protection , increasing the capacity to support the rescue operation to reduce casualties .
Mobility meeting will also discuss the necessary resources to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of irregular migration and the protection of victims .
